M1 WIDENING SCHEME

 

This major contract to widen the existing M1 is between junctions 6 & 10. The main contractor for the design and build scheme is a joint venture between Skanska and Balfour Beatty. Tarmac are supplying a variety of beams for thirteen structures including TY, M and Y beams.
